Terms of Service for Schneur Web Design LLC

Welcome to Schneur Web Design LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our web design and development services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Services Offered
Schneur Web Design LLC provides professional web design and development services tailored for service providers. Our services encompass website design, development, content strategy, and consultation.
- Payment Terms
For the services provided, the total cost is $5,850. Payment is structured as follows:
- 33.3% upfront payment ($1950) is required to initiate the project.
- 33.3% payment ($1950) is due upon completion of the content strategy phase.
- The final 33.3% payment ($1950) is due upon launch of the website.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
The ownership of the website design and content remains with Schneur Web Design LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership and rights to the final design will transfer to the client, except as specified otherwise in our agreement.
We offer up to 7 rounds of revisions throughout the project to ensure your satisfaction. Revisions cover all aspects of the project, including design, content, and functionality.
- Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for the project’s development.
- Collaborate during the project timeline, including content provision and feedback.
- Adhere to project milestones and timelines.
- Project Hold Policy
If we do not receive communication from you for 3 consecutive business days, we reserve the right to put the project on hold until further notice. Resuming the project after a hold may require adjustments to the timeline.
- Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Schneur Web Design LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use of our services or the functionality of the websites we design.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Reviewing these Terms is your responsibility.
